Summary:
Do you love the world of powersports, auto or marine mechanics, and possess a strong desire to grow? We are looking for an experienced technician comfortable working on Malibu/Axis Boats, Outboard engines from Suzuki, Mercury, Sea-Doo, Yamaha PWC and many more top tier OEM Boat & engine brands! You will be responsible for repairing and servicing Pontoon, Wake, Pwc and Fishing Boats.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Properly inspect and report on unit diagnosis the first time.
• Very strong electrical diagnosis required.
• Repair and service units in a timely manner in accordance with flat rate times.
• Be aware of all service bulletins and check for their completion.
• Keep work area clean.
• Correctly clock in/out on Lightspeed
• Pull units in/out daily.
• Advise on additional work needed on all repair orders.
• Remain current with all required certifications.

Qualifications:

– To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill and /or ability required. – 3-5 years of prior industry experience is preferred, but not required for C level tech.

– 5-8 years of prior industry experience is preferred, but not required for B level tech.

– 8-10 years of prior industry experience is preferred, but not required for A level tech.

– Must own master set of tools for B and A level tech.
