"I'm passing by the Weatherford store on 180 and was reminded a friend of mine in Hobbs, N.M. had ask me to keep an eye out for a trail bike, as he was in the market and wanted to be able ride along in the dirt with his grandson.
I drove on to the lot to look and four hours later I was returning to store with my trailer to load up a new 2008, 450 Rhino I had purchased. That is some kinda sales force. By the way guys, I love this ride and I'm glad I stopped there.

"Absolutely awesome experience. After I did my homework, I decided to buy the 2007 VStar 1300 Tourer. From the moment I left work and got on the phone with my bank and then called ahead to Ted, Chris, Daniel, and Kevin. I arrived to simply sign the paperwork. My bank was able to pay for my new bike that evening. Being my first bike, I got all the plans and I walked out the door a new motorcycle owner in about hour and a half. I picked up my new bike the next day. Had a little bump in the paperwork on exactly which bike I had bought, but Kevin and the whole crew, mentioned above, took care of it and I still got everything I wanted without spending one penny more. "My name's John and I've just gotten back from a 9,000 mile trip which brought me from Ottawa, Ontario, southwest across the United States into Mexico and back. On my way out of Mexico, it was noted that my rear tire was going south. A quick peek at the map pointed to Lubbock as a likely stop. One phone call to your store and I was able to find out that yes, you had a tire I could use. We rolled into the dealership around lunchtime, at what must be a typically busy day for you. When I asked about the tire I'd called in for, I was handed over to Joe Bradley. To make a long story short, Joe treated me with the respect that you would show a long time customer and saw to it that the guys in service hooked me up with the tire change. I'm sorry I don't remember the fellows name at the service desk, but he was a pro as well. The tire was installed and balanced properly and I had it back on the bike in short order. A very well deserved thank you to Joe Bradley and the other professionals (no exaggeration there!) at your Lubbock shop.

"I live in Midland and make the trip to Odessa just to do business with family power-sports. i am there so much that i go on Saturdays just to hangout with the guys that have become good friends. it started off buying parts for my banshee and now i have bought my first bike a 2005 R6 Raven Edition, and i cant be happier. they even delivered the bike to my house in Midland. "I planned ahead for my purchase of a brand new Vulcan bike. I knew exactly what I wanted, and I secured my own financing. I shopped around by contacting several dealerships in Texas to get the best deal. Other dealerships were willing to match the Family Powersports deal, but no one would beat it. So rather than make a long trip out of town, I purchased from the store in San Angelo where I live. Upon reviewing my financing, the finance officer (Julie) suggested that I apply with one other organization to try for a better rate. I did, and I was approved at a much better interest rate.
