Located 40 Miles south of Lubbock, just off the caprock, Family PowerSports Park has miles and miles of trails for both ATVs and Motorcycles.

Complete with camping area and electrical hook-ups and beautiful scenery around every corner.

Rules and Membership Qualifications

Our goal as a business is to provide the complete off-road experience for our customers. From sales, parts and accessories, and service to the outdoor riding park, we want to provide it all!

The Family PowerSports family has combined our strength to provide this opportunity to our valued customers. You deserve it, and we're proud of it!

1. Who's an authorized user of the property?
   1. Anyone who has purchased a new ATV or off-road motorcycle from any Family PowerSports location. These customers will have 3 years from the date of purchase to use the property for its intended purpose.
   2. Your immediate family members are also honorary authorized users of the property for the entire term of your three years, as long as they are riding products purchased from Family PowerSports. If your family members are riding products purchased elsewhere their term is limited to a period of one year unless they purchase another vehicle from one of our locations. This one year limitation will be in effect until the entire family is riding products from Family PowerSports.
   3. Customers purchasing used products from Family PowerSports are allowed to use the property for a period of one year for the original purchaser only.
2. This is a working ranch,, please respect the property as if it were your own!
   1. NO FIREARMS!
   2. NO FISHING!
   3. NO TRASH! PACK IT OUT!
   4. GATE MUST REMAIN LOCKED AT ALL TIMES!
3. NO EXCEPTIONS
   1. ALL motorcycles and ATVs to be ridden at Family PowerSports Park are REQUIRED to maintain a current Family PowerSports Park Permit Decal.
   2. NO GUESTS! (This property is restricted for our customers and immediate family only)
   3. Sign-In (You must sign yourself and all your family members in at the main gate)
   4. Nobody under the age of 18 is allowed on the property without parental supervision.
   5. Helmets must be worn at all times operating an ATV or motorcycle.
4. Only ride on designated trails or in the creeks. NO CROSS COUNTRY RIDING!
